By purchasing a course from ResYes Yoga & Wellness ("ResYes," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Student" or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

ResYes Yoga & Wellness is an independent wellness brand founded by Jahdea Kedeche, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. ResYes offers digital courses, guided practices, and wellness resources for women seeking rest, nervous system regulation, and holistic healing.

2. Course Access & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive:

Immediate access to your purchased course via the systeme.io student portal
A confirmation email sent to the address provided at checkout
Lifetime access to the course content as it exists at the time of purchase

If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment, please contact us at rest@jahdeakedeche.com.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)
Payment is processed securely through Stripe
Full payment is required before access is granted
Prices are subject to change at any time; your purchase locks in the price at the time of checkout

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final. ResYes does not offer refunds once course access has been granted.

Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ResYes. To request an exception, contact rest@jahdeakedeche.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the request. We are not obligated to issue refunds but will review each situation with care.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content — including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, written materials, frameworks, and the ResYes Method — is the exclusive intellectual property of ResYes Yoga & Wellness and is protected by copyright law.

As a student, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your own individual use only. You may not:

Share, resell, redistribute, or sublicense the content in any form

Payment data is handled securely by Stripe and is never stored by ResYes directly. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to deliver your purchase or comply with applicable law.

ResYes reserves the right to update, modify, or retire course content at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality and availability of all purchased courses. If a course is permanently discontinued, we will notify enrolled students in advance.
